Education and Program Development
This service provides unlimited tailored seminars on related topics addressing all areas of off-field behaviour, as well as safety and wellbeing. It also reviews and implements new discipline initiatives that reinforce the standards of player behaviour. This service provides:
- Develop and present seminars to player roster and support staff on conduct in public and personal responsibility, ‘Dangers of a Night Out’
- Develop and promote both club and individual mental health and emotional well being policies and programs, including efficient use of down time and ‘life after football’ focuses.
- Program development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of player behaviour guidelines, discipline policies, standard operating procedures for best practice and information guides relating to notification to management of adverse attention protocols and consequences of poor conduct. Chair or manage discipline committees.
- Design and facilitate seminars on relevant topics as required. Additional services include assistance with employment/ schooling requirements, and parental/guardian support throughout this process.
- Develop local community based programs for schools that include player roster so as to raise the positive profile of the organisation.
