Game Day and Travel Management
The away-game travel service provides club officials with the knowledge and security that player welfare and behaviour is being addressed with the highest priority. Services include:
- Monitor and assist to manage week to week game day commitments, including dressing room security and access provisions.
- Away game travel service which will provide the following:
- Flying to the away game venue. Stay on site with team at designated accommodation venue.
- Co-coordinating the social requirements of the individual Club i.e., team hotels, booking after game venues, meet with publicans/licensees/security managers.
- Ensure player safety and help uphold Club protocol and social responsibilities requirements.
- Co-ordinate and manage “Bye Weekend’, ‘Mad Monday’ and ‘End of Season Trip’ planning and execution. Site vetting and liaison with appropriate staff on site. Chaperone and player security management for duration of trip period.
- Promote situational awareness and practical and effective risk management strategies for safe socialising.
